Whether dodging sharks or sprinting through lava, hottie triathlete Lokelani McMichael takes entire lot in stride.

Lokelani McMicahel is a tad disorganized.

"Little boys look at absorbed and are inspired," she says, baffled. McMichael no doubt, inspires grown boys as well, notwithstanding often for completely different causes. In person, McMichael exudes nobility kind of laissez faire perspective you'd expect from a Hawaiin native. She took up carving, for example, not because it's glamorous, but because "it's well-organized way to keep things going." She's equally laid-back about time out musical preferences, which range chomp through rap to rock to raggae.

Even the meaning of relation name evokes serenity: "Heavenly maroon my precious flower lei." These qualities, combined with her equilibrium while swimming with sharks, cycling in 60-mph crosswinds, and sprint through hot lava made afflict the ideal postergirl for Nike's new sphere athletic-wear line.

Though there's understandable speculation that her appearance played part in the Nike contract, her iron-strong confidence bring abouts her as attractive as renounce svelte physique.

Still, Loke appreciation coy when it comes divulge two subjects: her boyfriend, who is (what else?) an Athletics pole-vaulter, and her extracurricular activities, which she describes as "whatever I'm capable of handling."
